چکیده
Biotechnology applications in livestock nutrition has significance view of shortage natural resources with associated conflicts, growing demand animal products, by-products versus human population pressure necessitate needs for feed additives diets better utilization feeds and food materials which evolved from conventional, unconventional to novel alternative sources. The probiotic microorganisms, applications, mechanisms action; advantages safety probiotics were explored. Prebiotics, their leading types, prebiotics salient features as well synbiotics, impacts on products (milk, meat, wool eggs) quality by-products. These microbes are involved genetic manipulation ruminants monogastrics gastro-intestinal tracts (GIT’s) monumentally beneficial the form protection protein microbes/requirements, amino acids fats digestion, especially those fibre ruminants, reestablishment genetically modified rumen. Genetically grains nutritional improvements anti–nutritional factors could include low phytate corn, high oil oligosaccharide soybean. Growth promoters phytochemicals and/or phytobiotic herbs health boosters, in-feed enzymes, organic acids, digestive antimicrobial peptides, antibacterial useful alternatives antibiotics hormones. Feed that also promote growth heat stress conditions electrolytes, betaine, leaf extracts trace minerals. Other carcass antioxidants ractopamine, L-carnitine, nucleotides broiler diet, corn or fish oil. Organic (formic propionic acids) serve preservatives particularly effective. Others lactic, citric, fumaric sorbic plus salts (such calcium formate propionate). Mycotoxins reduced through absorption bioavailability by using numerous mycotoxin binders. Pre-mixtures vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, preservatives, needed small amounts. Modern biotechnology holds promising diverse solutions different ways like environment protection, gut microbes’ manipulations, production (feeds, additives) normal growth, health, metabolic activities a balanced welfare well-being our other emerging enterprises.

A total of 150 weanling pigs [(Landrace × Yorkshire) × Duroc, BW = 6.76 ± 0.61 kg] were used in a 42-d trial to investigate the effects of dietary Aviplus-S supplementation on growth performance, fecal score, fecal moisture, fecal pH, and blood profiles. Pigs were randomly assigned to 1 of 5 treatments according to BW. Dietary treatments were NC, basal diet (without antibiotics); PC, NC + 39 mg...

Feed additives are largely used in beef cattle diets to improve performance and reduce risks of nutritional disorder diseases like acidosis and timpanism. However, some countries tend to ban the use of ionophore in animal nutrition due to the risk of resistance of some microorganisms. Therefore, alternatives to non-antibiotic additives must be studied. The objective of this work was to investig...

Marine algae have recently emerged as a new exciting source of biofuel. Our objective was to determine effect of supplemental defatted algal biomass from biofuel production on biochemical indicators of protein metabolism in plasma of weanling pigs. A total of 27 weanling pigs (BW = 10.69 ± 0.22 kg) were divided into 3 groups (n = 9/group), and fed a corn-soybean meal basal diet (BD), the BD plu...
متن کاملCurrent Diagnostic Status of Pheochromocytomaand Future Perspective: A Mini Review
Pheochromocytomas (PCCs) are rare neuroendocrine tumors. The current diagnostic tools are based on biochemistry and histopathology results, but heterogeneity of diagnostic markers, signs and symptoms of PCCs bring a lot of difficulties for these two current methods. Unfortunately microscopic understanding of PCCs is not adequate for its confident prognosis and management. There are data linking...

A total of 384 pigs was used to evaluate the effects of benzoic acid supplementation on nitrogen balance of pigs compared to antibiotics and organic acids. Pigs were weaned at 21 d of age and fed 7 diets for 5 wk based on 3 phase feeding program following nutrient requirements from NRC. There were 8 replicates per treatment and 8 pigs per pen. Treatments were NC: negative control without any su...
